CONVERSATION DESIGN · Workflow idea

Make intent priorities easier to inspect and safer to share.

For an owner authorized to manage a conversational service, prepare an inventory of intent names and configured priority levels for review in a restricted record. Intent labels can reveal business plans or customer-service policies, and priority values are not proof that a response is safe or appropriate. Confirm account and project scope, protect access credentials and exported data, verify the full inventory against the current source, and require the owner to approve recipients and any proposed configuration changes.

01 / The starting point

A clear request.
A useful direction.

Authorized project access, a defined export purpose, and a restricted review destination

“Inspect intent priorities without exposing configuration details or treating labels as behavior approval.”
An example request · Make it specific to your team.

02 / The work

5 tasks.
One useful outcome.

Collects intent names and priority values from an authorized conversational project and prepares a reviewable inventory.

  1. Verify the project and requester authority

Confirm the owner, selected environment, and permitted export scope.

  2. Check inventory completeness and field meaning

Compare names and priority values with the current configuration and flag missing entries.

  3. Protect internal design and access details

Keep credentials private and share the inventory only with authorized collaborators.

  4. Review the export for unintended disclosure

Remove unrelated user data and avoid forwarding sensitive configuration to broad groups.

  5. Approve changes independently

Require the project owner to authorize any priority adjustment or configuration update.

03 / The result

Something useful.
Something to build on.

The handoff

A source-checked intent inventory with access and owner-review status.

Keep in mind

An incomplete export or wrong project scope can mislead the team or expose internal design. Verify ownership, completeness, and destination access; review every priority change separately before applying it.

04 / Make it yours

Set the brief.
Set the standard.

A few choices shape the work around your team.

Limit export access to project owners

Grant only the roles and read scope needed to inspect intent settings.

Secure the review destination

Restrict exported files and message recipients to the approved design group.

Record export time and project identity

Make the inventory traceable and clear about its freshness.

Separate inventory from configuration changes

Keep every edit behind owner review and a documented approval.
